• Original + Old Passport id any +Xerox Copies of first and last page
• Visa copy Xerox- if any
• Photo- 35 X45 Mm Mat Finish White Background 80% Face Cover
• Application Form – Attached
• Current address Proof – Purchase deed or Tax invoice
• Covering letter with applicant Signature (If applicant is self- employed covering letter it should be on company letterhead)
• Personal bank statement for last 6 months with bank seal and signature
• Personal ITR for last 3 years
• Investment: FD RD PPF PFA Mutual funds and other investment
If Employed
• Original Leave letter on company letter head with sign and stamp of authorization person
• Salary slips for last 3 months
• Employment contract- if joined with in 3 month plus previous company reliving letter
• Employee ID
If Self Employed
• Company ITR for last 3 years
• Company Registration Certificate
• Company bank statement for last 6 months with bank seal and signature
If Retired:
• Retirement proof: Pension Order /Retirement letter
If Student:
• Original Leave letter on School letter head with sign and stamp of authorization person

Documents required for Business UK visa application.
• Passport: Original Old + Current Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum Three page should be blank from both sides for visa stamp.
Attach all previous passports to show previous travel history (If any).
• UK Visa Application Form: Visa application form has to be filled online ( Kindly fill attached word file on that basis we can fill online application form )- attached
• Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
• Covering Letter : Covering-letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, British Deputy High Commission, Mumbai.
• Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from UK host / inviting Company on its letterhead stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with the signatory’s name and designation. ADDRESS To The Visa Officer, British Deputy High Commission Mumbai
• Invite passport copy- Passport copy of signature authorities who is signing the invitation letter
Financials:
• Original Personal ITR for 3 years
• Original Salary slip for the last Three months
• Original Personal Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly. with balance of 250000 per applicant with bank seal and signature on each and every page and must be updated till the date of submission.
• Personal -Investment – FD, PF, Mutual funds, Shares, Properties, rented Income
• Company bank statement with seal and Signature for last 6 months.
• Company ITR for last 3 years
Proof Of Occupation
• Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
Evidence of previous dealing with the UK Company e.g. Business meeting, email conversation etc
